I was born in Sri Lanka, where Buddhism was not simply a religion but the gentle rhythm that shaped everyday life. From a young age, I learned to view the world through compassion—to recognize suffering, to ease it whenever possible, and to move gently through life with respect for all beings. These early teachings became the compass that guided me toward a path of healing.
This calling naturally led me into medicine and psychological counseling, where helping others felt less like a profession and more like an expression of my purpose. Yet my curiosity reached far beyond any single discipline. I wanted to understand healing in its many forms—how different cultures care for the body, mind, and spirit.
My journey eventually became global. I explored Ayurvedic and traditional Sri Lankan healing, delved into Indian alchemy, learned from homeopathic traditions, studied the hidden world revealed through dark field microscopy, and immersed myself in the herbal wisdom of North and South America and Europe. Each tradition offered its own unique insight, and together they formed a rich, interconnected understanding of human well-being.
Today, my passion is to share this ancient knowledge in ways that are practical, modern, and accessible—bridging timeless wisdom with contemporary life so people everywhere can live healthier, more balanced lives. My work continues to be guided by the values I strive to cultivate every day: kindness, understanding, and a sincere wish for all beings to thrive.
“Sabbe satta bhavantu sukhitatta” – May all beings be healthy.
